I watched TikTok Australia get there roundhouse dupes in Aldi and I was so jealous!

Roundhouse is a super cool Australian brand with a super high price tag! At £18 a plate I am more than happy to be buying my roundhouse dupes from Dunelm.

If you know me, you know I love lobsters 🦞. But the roundhouse ones are a bit more cartoonish and elegant at the same time! I love them, plus they have an octopus and sardines. There is no doubt in my mind that Dunelm were completely inspired by roundhouse.

Did I buy them?

Yes I did, just two side plates of each design and one each of the small bowls and platter. If they bring out more I will buy them.

If you love quirky designs then I would check out both. Looking at that octopus plate I am thinking I may need at least one!! They are truly joyful and if not your cup of tea! No worries. They are mine.

In Australia I watched hundreds of people run to Aldi to pick up their dupes! They were bright, colourful and varied. People were hunting them down. Filming there conquests and making me and my sister jealous. Brits on TikTok left messages saying how they wished they were over here and now they are, ish!

Edit: I just read a fascinating response on how Roundhouse feel about big brands copying smaller ones. Read here to see. I will still love my plates but I will look into investing in a few Roundhouse as well. I like to have some balance.
