What is your plan?

I spoke too soon.

The builder did turn up but he forgot his keys so he couldn’t work.

What hopefully he did do was liaise with the other builders to talk about the lane which is a bone of contention. Two houses all having building work both need access except our builder complains but doesn’t show up.

What’s our plan: he has rented the machines which is costing him money not us so the work will get done. It’s just annoying.

I chose a different, more reliable builder, which Gav says I let home know a lot.

My father arrives in a month and the house won’t be done, which is fine.

I am really hoping by Halloween.

And I would like to start looking after the Garden and getting it back to its former glory.

My plan is not to kill my husband in the process for picking an unreliable builder but hopefully his work is as excellent as he says it is.

He is a nice guy. I am just over this whole debacle.

Our other builder Pat is great, but he needs more help because a whole house is slow. But the bathroom is almost finished and Gavs office!
