Lack of communication is a massive bugbear.

If you can’t make it, fine, if your schedule only allows 3 days, then let us know which 3 days.
I am getting angry now.
The builder couldn’t come in yesterday because of an accident on the A12, well modern technology updates accidents on the roads and it was all clear! there is no need to lie. Builders have lots of projects going on. We understand that.
I sent him a message asking if we would be seeing him at 8am tomorrow ( which is today), he has turned up, so let’s see how much or how little work he achieves for us.
Communication is key. Lack of it is just rude.
Hopefully be will get the work done fast. If not I do think the dog would do a better job.
