Dysfunctional Planner

Seychelles food is a mix, kreole food is the best. A mix of African Indian Asian and French cooking, these are the dishes I grew up on. Heavily fish based, every Friday my dad would cook us a feast! Fried rice, baked fish, maybe fried fish as well, sometimes squid in a tomato sauce, a chicken curry, aubergine fritters, salads.

Last night my dad couloirs a curry with salad and lentils and rice, it was delicious, my house smelt so good.
