Dysfunctional Planner

It’s day one and I am struggling.

I am saving for our Christmas holiday. So I am having a no buy month. We will see how long I last. I had to delete my shopping Apps to resist the urge to spend.

Vinted and eBay are my biggest vices, I bought a blouse and some cute packing cubes both of which I don’t need but had to buy.

Years ago I worked for Jigsaw and there was this lilac blouse with flowers printed on it. I loved it and it sold out in a week. I dream about that blouse often and saw a similar one on Vinted for £7 so I bought it. No regrets. The packing cubes were frivolous but they had bats on them. So again no regrets.

So today is day one. I already wanted to buy a book…. Checked and I already have it. Wanted to buy some soil for my floundering blueberries and I have to go and buy more detergent today. So we will see if I splurge. I have written a list of no buys.

Halloween will be a hard one and I already went through and cancelled 5 book ordered from Waterstones because I haven’t heard of the authors… Will I regret some, yes. I am tempted to cancel the Bell witches but I think I will keep it and return it if I get it in my subscription. I will cancel my subscriptions after Christmas…… again we will see.

I should add candles to that list too.!
