I had never heard of this word. I need to introduce you to my knife. This knife is so pretty that I refuse to use it until I paint my kitchen. I have been promising to paint my kitchen for the last four months. who knows, it may be this month.

When we were in Japan we went to a market that was for chefs and cooks. Gavin decided to invest in a beautiful knife. we packed it in out suitcase so we had no issue with getting it through the airport. it beautiful. Japanese Damascus steel. It is super sharp and came with its own care instructions. It was an investment and one day soon I will have a kitchen that deserves this super beautiful.

The knife is a good size so it will get a lot of use when I choose to use it.
