Dysfunctional Planner

I can’t quite get over this sycamore tree. The rich green contrasted with the plummy red. It’s incredible. I have a branch drying in my dining room and today I took three leaves and pressed them.

I would never have a sycamore in my garden as they shed like crazy, grow to impressive heights and block a lot of light. This tree is in my local park where I go to shut out the world and especially my phone. Only today another dog walker decided have a video call in the park and was talking very loudly. her beautiful dog then decided to follow us so I couldn’t find any peace. I ran away at one point putting some distance between up and embraced the peace for about five minutes before the loud talker caught up.

At least I have the beautiful leaves.
