Dysfunctional Planner

We are moving into a house that already has a beautiful mid century modern table in perfect condition that really suits the house. But we also have our gorgeous dining table that I absolutely adore.

I don’t want to get rid of either but we don’t have room for both so I am thinking of repurposing out dining room table to an outside one for us to dine at.

It’s solid oak so I know this wood will be fine outside but I will need to varnish it. I may look into whether or not it needs feet so it isn’t sitting on cold wet floors but I am praying ( to mother nature of course) that this will work and we have the best outside dining room table . I have never like the faux leather chairs so we will probably give them away or pop them in the shed for when we have parties.

I will let you know how I get on! If any of you have put any furniture outside permanently please let me know what steps you took.
