It’s day one.
No social media but I probably spent the same amount of time looking at my phone as I would normally which shows that my social media addiction is a terrible habit even when it’s not there.
So I am going to see how tomorrow goes. I am hoping to improve, even if it’s by ten percent.
That will be 10% more focus on everything else.
I am super busy trying to plan the kitchen which I thought was a fixed idea but now I am realising that I can’t fit the kitchen and have the French doors. So make I need to make some drastic changes to my plans.

My head is full of measurements and numbers. How am I going to put a 2880mm in that space when it’s 5200 by 4000mm plus a kitchen island without blocking the doors.
I am just brain dumping on you.
I may just leave it here and update you later on.
So tell the people you love them, and check your stool it will save your life.
I say will because we had some sad news.
A friends friend was diagnosed last year as gav was healing. We found out today that she didn’t make it. Bowel cancer is no joke. It can take you before you know you are ill. You may be lucky like Gav.
So check your stool. Check with the doctor. And tell your loved ones they are so important to you.
