We got up and left the house for a coffee, Frank joined us so it would be a nice little dog walk. Our local coffee shop serves excellent coffee and is dog friendly, I tried a different donut ( riveting stuff hu) and then we went to our local butchers to buy some steak. They had some fancy butter so I bought some. I am slightly obsessed with butter at the moment, we have 3 on the go, British, French and New Zealand.
I came home cleaned the kitchen and scrubbed the oven and fridge clean and afte cooking a delicious late lunch I have totally trashed the kitchen again…. At least the oven and fridge are clean.

As it was a rainy drizzly day I didn’t get a chance to garden but I did spend some time outside, weeding the garden beds and admiring my garlic, which will be ready in another 6 months. You can even see my parsnips which have been in the ground far too long but still aren’t ready to pick. You live and learn!
I was surprised how much energy and focus I had to actually achieve everything.
So tell the people you love you love them, and check your stool it may save your life.
