A challenge too far……. Nah I can do it

So this Monday I decided that I don’t have enough in my life. Perhaps this may turn out to be a challenge too far, but I think I can do it.

I have a full time Job and wedding to plan. As well as trying to spend time with friends and family and my partner. Working on my fitness and try not to stuff my face with a giant bars of Galaxy chocolate. My skin doesn’t like it so why do I do it to myself?

Bullet Journal 30 Day blog challenge

It’s crazy.

My blog is a year old and I can’t tell you how proud of it I am. I am going to ask my Graphic designer friend to have a look at it and see where we can improve to better basic standard. So my blogs don’t run in a continuous line. See lots of things to do.

The Challenge

So with all this going on I decided that I was going to challenge myself to a 30 day blog challenge. So everyday in April will be a new blog post. This is going to be hard. I am going to have to push myself to complete this challenge. The writing won’t be so tricky but getting the photos write will be. I have started writing a list of my pictures that I will need and this Sunday will definitely be a photo studio day (and when I say a studio, I mean some wooden planks on my dining room table catching the light).

The Plan

  1. Your blogs name
  2. 20 facts about yourself
  3. your favourite quote
  4. Your dream Job
  5. Your proudest moment
  6. What are you afraid of
  7. Your 5 favourite songs
  8. 5 current Goals
  9. What’s in your Bag/ Wallet
  10. Best Trip of your life
  11. 10 favourite foods
  12. Your favourite childhood book
  13. What’s inside your fridge
  14. 3 healthy habits
  15. Where will you be in 5 years
  16. Thoughts on education
  17. Your favourite blogs
  18. A photo of yourself
  19. Favourite Movie
  20. What makes you happy
  21. What makes you sad
  22. Your worst habits
  23. If you won the lottery
  24. What attracts you
  25. Biggest regret
  26. Hidden talent
  27. What’s in your closet
  28. Most embarrassing moment
  29. A confession
  30. Your hopes for the blog

So if you want to join in with me, then why not try? I promise to read all your posts. I got the list from livelovesimple.com and it’s a nice list, all the other I found focused a lot on relationships etc which I found off putting. I am not defined by my partner he compliments me.

So Monday will be my first post and I am a tad nervous!

About DP

Hi, I am Dana. I am dyspraxic trying to function and get organised in my dysfunctional world. I don’t shy away from technology but I do have a preference for all things paper and analog. I am trying to organise our lives through my bullet journal, travel around the globe and save money!!! Impossible I know. I have a hard time believing that you should spend a fortune on one day. So, with my creative skills and frugality I will hopefully create my dream wedding without getting into debt. My bullet journal has been a life saver, so much that I now have 3. One for life, one for wedding planning and my last for this blog. I am lost without them. I have a wonderful partner, two fur babies ( Manhattan and Frank) a full time job that I love and my love of blogging. Please bear with me with my spelling and grammar I do proof read about 4 times but I still miss things. I won’t be offended if you correct me. So that’s me, I draw and teach art to both kids and adults and I believe anyone can create anything you just have to practice. I have had to try and try at organising, that is why I am the Dysfunctional Planner.
