If you didn’t know my favourite room in my home is the garden. I have always been a crazy plant person. I rescued my flat mates peace lily that he wanted to throw out because all the flowers died. Prince Charles ( the peace lily) is about 7 years old now and sometimes I even get flowers. I have a hard time giving up on them.
My garden isn’t big but it’s a perfect for us. Two long beds, decking and a faux lawn ( which I hate). But the flowers trees and shrubs are really the bees knees!
I have been working in my garden every week since the snow ended. Chopping, clearing and sweeping away all the leaves. I have planted bulbs, sown seeds and propagated some trees. I still have some seed packets to see and I am closely monitoring my lobelia flowers but so far so good.
I thought that I needed more plants but I think I am okay. I have some clematis arriving this month that I will plant next to my other one. I am also tempted to plant a tomato hanging basket.
