Flower Moon

Flower moon is the prompt.

I don’t have much to write today…. wish I could be more inspiring. Instead I am going to list a few aspects of my moon book that tells me what I should be doing.

  • Meditate
  • Visualise artistic pursuits
  • Treat your skin to some pampering
  • Plant trees

Meditate…… I don’t meditate perhaps today is the day I should start.

Visualise artistic pursuits I have been spending more time in my sketchbook drawing and painting. in November there was folk week and it have 7 prompts and I have been slowly but surely trying to complete them. Only one is done the rest all need work but here is a sneak peak of my sketchbook.

Treat my skin to some pampering yes I will definitely pop on a face mask to night then give my skin some lovely serums and moisturiser. I am really enjoying my skincare at the moments and it is reflected in the texture of my skin.

Plant trees alas I have no trees to plant but I am going to start growing my tomatoes from seed today so maybe the good fortunes on the moon with increase my crop growth. ( I only want a few plants) and before you roll your eyes about my last statement there is a lot of theory in Moon sowing, look it up! I just want to give my toms a little boost plus I don’t have any trees.

So no flower moon but perhaps a tomato moon!

Ps: “According to NASA, the moon will be located on the Earth’s opposite side from the sun and fully illuminated Wednesday at 6:13 a.m. CDT. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the “Flower Moon,” a name given in recognition of the spring flowers that came around the same time.”
