I really am trying to be more positive and motivated at the moment. I am listening to mindset podcasts and audio books and I am liking it but I need to put in more work. I work better when I am busy, I am also happier.

- The garden has taught me that sometimes it grows, don’t give up there is always hope and surprises
- I am happier when I am busy, because then I appreciate my weekends
It’s interesting to write this down. I have always used a note book or bullet journal to put down my thoughts. It’s important to write things down, to read, reread and absorb what I am writing. I want to be happy and have a positive mindset. I have always tried to see the best in people and hear their point of view.
I am learning a lot about mindset and what I want to achieve.
