Dysfunctional Planner

I love Christmas and all the different parts of it.

The food, the lights, the cold nights, Christmas is definitely my happy place. Last year I made a wreath for my friend. This year I wanted to make a wreath for myself. I have had a berry one for years and I won’t get rid of it but it needs a bit of sprucing up and can go somewhere else in the house.

I bought two ski decorations from primark about 4 years ago ( I think). I was planning on using them for our wedding but they weren’t quite right. So I have wanted to make a wreath for a while.

It took me about half an hour to put together and it was pretty simple but I really love the way it looks. I don’t need to show you how I make it because it was the simplest wreath I have made. I knew what I wanted and and how I was going to achieve it.

I think it’s lovely to create something we will have for years. I need more red flowers which I have ordered but I completely love it. This weekend I am clearing the dining room and getting our house back in order. The house needs a big deep clean and I need to repaint the bedroom and finish the kitchen.
